The Qualifying cutoff for the different categories are as below -

UR/EWS: 720-147

OBC: 146-113

SC: 146-113

ST: 146-113

UR/EWS-PWD: 146-129

While we look into the percentile then 40 percentile is the minimum percentile required by an SC category candidate so you can look into the cut off that I have provided and check for yourself if you have qualified Neet or not.
