With an all India rank of 8250 , it is going to be very difficult for you to get respiratory medicine at least in the md course and even and DNB course it is going to be difficult and you might just make it through in the second round on mop up round and substitutions
Unless your planning for MS general surgery or Ms gyni your chances will be really hard for India MS streams unless you are planning for non technical courses or lower course of eye,ent or psychiatry but for DNB you have got good chances into DNB Ortho, DNB surgery, DNB pediatrics and DNB gynaecology in premier institutions and you could have a go for it
