You have passed NEET because the qualifying marks for OBC category is around 113 to 127. So, you are eligible to take part in BAMS counselling.

But your marks are low for getting a seat in government BAMS colleges. Most government BAMS colleges need at least 450 to 500 marks for OBC category. Some may even need more.

With 141 marks, you may not get a seat in any government BAMS college. But you may get admission in some private or deemed BAMS colleges, because their cutoff is lower.

So, the chance of getting a government BAMS seat is very low. But you can try for private colleges.
