Congratulations for your result. This year cut off has increased than the other year. It's quite difficult to predict chances. As per the previous year cut off you may get chance in the private colleges.

Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. This year all India quota the cutoffs may be higher than the other years, that is why any score less than 590 or 600 out of 720 is less. For Dental also, you have to get at least 550 marks in Neet if you are a general category student.

College Admission Chance is Based on the Rank/Percentile, Home State, Seat type, Caste and many others factors.

Your Overall Percentile is: 69.11 - 69.71

You have no chance in getting private or government mbbs college. You may get chance in private bds college based on your marks.

235 in Neet is not an appropriate score to get a college. Through all India quota the cutoffs are usually higher and that is why any score at least less than 590 or 600 out of 720 is less. Even for Dental, you need to secure at least 550 marks in Neet if you belong to general category.
Even you can try for state counselling as for state quota candidates the cutoffs are comparatively low but going by last year's cutoffs, it would be difficult to get a government Medical college cause last year the minimum cutoff was 525 for OBC category.
You can try for private medical colleges as they participate in State counselling.
