Its really difficult to predict your college on the basis of previous year cutoffs , because number of students appearing for the examination changes every year so does change the cutoffs .If I look at previous year stats than your chances of getting admission in sion or grant medical are mild.regional qouta might help you ,but it's not sure.for better knowledge browse the following link.
