Hi Sumera.

Well the admission to 50% seats of pg courses is done through the all India quota and the rest through the state quota. In the all India quota there is reservation for OBC non creamy layer. If you belong to OBC NCL then you can claim this.

Otherwise you should apply for 50% state quota seats the admission to which is conducted by the state authorities.
