Hi kC,
Congrats for expecting 35000 rank in JEE main 2018. You are eligible for both JEE advanced to get admission in IIT and in NIT's , IIIT's. Admission in particular branch depends upon the Cut off and closing rank of that college and Branch. But surely you will get admission in any of the NIT' or IIIT's.
