National Institute of Design is one of the best and premium institutions for fashion designing in India and thus there is very high crowd seeking to get admission there, with your above mentioned rank it's quite tough for you to get admission there but there are many other good designing colleges are well where you can get admission easily. At last only your skills matter in the end.
