Hello Candidate,
The authorities have not officially declared any cut off lists yet but according to previous years data you have very high chances of getting BFTech at NIFT Mumbai ( Closing rank in 2018 was 1419/ sc category) with your sc category rank.
Also, with your category rank you'll be getting almost every top NIFTs.
