First of all calm down and don't panic may be this has happened because of some error but I'll suggest you that if it is showing this again after reopening the site several times so you should contact the higher authorities of NMAT exam because they can help you much better with this and will guide you to what you'll have to do next and they make sure that your problem will get solved.

If you have asked for the NMAT support so please kindly wait for sometime and give them some time to figure out your problem and to contact you and if they won't contact you or reply to your mail in some days so please try to contact them once again.
