Since it is not possible to get admission in any college based on this JEE score, then you could apply in private universities that take admissions without JEE scores.
You could also target universities which do not have a specific JEE Cutoff when taking B.Tech Admissions.
I suggest you could also give the JEE April 2024 second attempt. Prepare well and try your best, so that you are able to score well and get admission chances into top NITs.
