The qualifying percentile for general category students in AIIMS MBBS 2019 is 50th percentile,for OBC and SC/ST candidates the cutoff is 45th percentile and 40th percentile respectively.Now based upon previous year cutoff trends in the various AIIMS you may have chances in the following:-

• AIIMS,Bhopal
• AIIMS,Patna
• AIIMS,Rishikesh
• AIIMS,Raipur
• AIIMS,Nagpur

Your rank is not so bad.....I am telling you but the thing is for the 321 seats reserved for obc category, you had to score under 400 obc rank to get a confirmed seat. Even if you had got 700 obc rank then also I could say there is a chance but with 1200+ obc, there is almost no chance of admission in AIIMS.
