Being honest in this rank it is quite tough for you to get any NIT, but I will suggest you to look at the cut off your home state NIT as there is 50% reservation for home state students, so there is some chance that you can get. Moreover, there are many colleges in India which have started eccepting JEE Mains score so you can also check for those colleges also.
