There are very less chances that there would be mistake from National Testing Agency or NTA regarding the checking of OMR sheet and calculation of marks scored.

I would like to tell you that the OMR sheet of NEET 2021 Examination are not checked manually. They are checked through machines with high accuracy.

Make sure you are calculating the marks in correct way. For every correct answer +4 marks are awarded. And for every incorrect answer 1 marks is deducted. For no response no marks is awarded or deducted.

If you still face the issue then you can mail the concerned authorities at National Testing Agency, though I must tell you that there is no facility of reevaluation and rechecking of answer sheets this time.
