This is totally dependent on the degree of vision loss caused by Keratoconus. They do have eye examinations, but they aren't that rigorous. However, if the problem is extreme enough that you are unable to discern colours, and there are specified restrictions to myopia (-2.5 D) and hyper metropia (not more than 3.5 D), you will be denied admission to NDA if you fail the test. In addition, the Army, Navy, and Air Force have different vision requirements.
