No, there is no correction window for changing your Aadhar photo after you have already submitted the JEE form, and it could be a big issue during the exam. You must visit an Aadhaar enrollment center to update your Aadhaar photo, which can't be done online.

If your Aadhaar card photo is old and you used it in your JEE form, don’t worry too much. This usually doesn’t cause a big problem. NTA mainly checks whether your name, date of birth, and ID number match your admit card and Aadhaar. The correction window usually does not allow you to change the Aadhaar photo, only basic application details. At the exam centre, they match your face with your uploaded JEE photo, not the one printed on Aadhaar. So as long as your JEE form photo is clear and correct, you’ll be allowed to sit for the exam.
