If you lost your income certificate then you cannot recover it by any means.

I suggest you to apply for a new income certificate at Jan seva Kendra. Within a period of 15 days you will receive a new certificate it's more simple and easy way to get new income certificate.

let me clear your doubt. if ypur income certificate has lost you can make new income certificate so apply for new income certificate. also the value of income certificate is for a given period of time and it varies from place to place. So we have to make income certificate after its validation is over.

And income certificate is issued by state government and process varies from place to place.
