My overall cat percentile is 43.45 , can i expect any good college for mba? My 12th score was 79.2 % and in 10th i scored 8.2 cgpa.

As you know that with this score you can not expect good colleges for MBA Programme so I would suggest you to prepare for the exam again to score well, If you want then you can also check your best possibilities with CAT Pathfinder Tool.
