yess there is every possibility for you to get a scholarship by your state goverment , just get a income certificate , open a bank account according to the scholarship form.

and whenever the form.comes make sure you fill it on time , if you are in uttar pradesh you will get 50-60k scholarship but you have to fill that form once again next year for scholarship,

income criteria keeps on changing each year make sure you check it before you fill the form!
