Hello. I am not sure whether you live with your other family members,  but still I am mentioning the criteria in which you can claim ews certificate.

1) Your family’s gross annual income should be below Rs. 8 lakhs. This includes income from all sources such as agriculture, salary, business, etc. for the financial year before you apply for the exam.

2) Here family can be your parents, your siblings or your spouse.

3) The land or property should be clubbed together while filing for ews certificate. And if you have no land or no family, then there must be some source of income , so use that for making ews certificate.  Provide each detail about it.

4) You will need to go to your local Tehsil or any other local government authority. You will need additional documents such as Aadhar Card, Pan Card, bank statements, passport size photo, etc. along with the Income and Assets Certificate. This you can download from many government websites.

In EWS certificate your family income from all sources is mentioned. So there must be a source of income from which you are living your life. So you can make income certificate based on this and then you can apply for EWS certificate. Otherwise without giving information of your family income from all sources,You might not get EWS certificate as this is one of the eligibility criteria for EWS certificate.

There are other criteria also that you must follow to be eligible for Valid EWS certificate.
