Dont get Panic.You can go to the email you had registered. Check your email for the neet registration mail. There u will find the application number along with the password. click on forgot registration number on the NTA NEET website and follow the instructions.

Go to https://ntaneet.nic.in/ntaneet/online/ForgetPwd.aspx

In candidate login page click on forgot password. You can retrieve your password in two ways one is through OTP and another through security question

Enter your application number, date of birth, candidate name and security pin that is shown and click on submit, enter the OTP to reset the password.

If you want to retrieve through security question click on security question Enter your application number, date of birth, candidate name and security pin select the security question and type the answer and click on submit.
