Firstly, do you have any reservation? Which category do you belong to? That will change a lot of things. 

Now, besides that, considering your score, it will be tough to get an admission in Mumbai but, outside of mumbai there is a chance. But again, I can't assure that you will get the branch you desire.

If you wish to get admission in a college in Mumbai, I suggest you also try for colleges through Direct admission. Colleges like Vidyalankar Institute of Technology, Thakur College, D.Y. Patil, etc accept direct admissions.
