NIT Durgapur – Civil, Metallurgical
NIT Silchar – Civil, Mechanical
NIT Agartala – Electrical, Mechanical
NIT Raipur – Civil, Mining

You might have lower chances for CSE and ECE in top NITs but could get these branches in newer NITs. Cutoffs vary yearly, so check the official JoSAA website for the latest trends.
