Hello Rakhi,
With a percentile of 49.48% it's is extremely difficult to get NIT, IIIT or any other college. It would also be difficult to get nata based college. You can try getting into B arch through state colleges which accept your 12th boards result. I would suggest taking a drop so that you can get your desired branch in top tier college.
