The NTA will release the final cutoff percentile after the April exam session and so you will have to wait for now. However, as per our expert team, candidates having 85+%ile will qualify for JEE Advanced- this one is just the predicted range as it'll be decided  depending upon the number of students appearing for the April exam session selecting the best of the two scores overall.
Well, based on your percentile- you have chances to qualify for JEE Advanced. So, hope for the Best.!

The cut-off will be announced in April for jee advance, so you have to wait till april to know the cutoff for JEE Advance because it will depend upon the number of students appearing in April too.

You can use the formulae given below to claculate your rank -

Rank Formula = (100 - your total score) X 874469 /100. 

874469 are the number of candidates appeared for JEE mains 2019 January attempt.
