If you've not managed to clear the sectional cutoffs then your chances of getting a call from IIMs would be bleak. But there are other good colleges who consider only the overall percentile and not the sectional ones. Since you have a good CAT percentile so if you perform well in the subsequent selection rounds you can easily get through. Check out these colleges with your scores

IMT Ghaziabad
IMI Delhi
XIM Bhubaneshwar
VGSOM IIT Kharagpur
FORE School of Management
GIM Goa
TAPMI Manipal
BIM Trichy
KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research
Great Lakes Chennai and others.

These colleges are even better than the newer IIMs as they have a stronger alumni base as compared to newer IIMs and a good reputation among industries. So you can easily bag an average compensation package of around 12-15 lakhs from there.
