I am sorry to say that your rank is low to get the CS or electronics branch in PES. To get CS or EE /EC up to final round you should have at least  2000 rank or less.

But with this rank, you may get branches such as civil, biotech or mechanical upto final round/ 2nd round.

you can get those branches so if you want then you can look up to these branches.
