see if you have applied for any entrance test or any job recruitment process and have applied for caste reservation, your category certificate must have the exact details as your entry in application form. now since you have changed your name, you must have replace it in all certificates and your credentials.

if the two names in application and category certificate is not same, you will not received the reservation benefits for caste and your application may rejected.
