Which exam are you talking about? If it's JEE, you shouldn't wait as the competition is a lot and the probabilty of seats being available is less. You should atke admission in one of the good private colleges as later they may not take people because of non availability of seats or because you maybe late for the admissions. You shouldn't wait till the last round and take admissions as soon as possible.
