Hallo Aspirent
There are only approx 100 seat in each campus who are elligible for scholarship . But with this rank , you are not under top 100 . So you can't get this benefit of scholarship .

There will be no fees conssesion but scholarship will be provided . There are many banks offering loans for students at top colleges with less interests
