My Rank in ComedK is 3224 and Marks is 128.Can I get admission in BMS or RV college ,Bangalore in CSE ?

You can definitely get CSE in BMS Institute of Technology, but not into BMS College of Engineering & RVCOE for CSE department.

You have good chances with DSCE and NIe Mysore.
