My rank in IPUCET {Btech entrance exam} is 15077. Can i get NIEC in spot round. Is it sensible to wait for spot round and attend it?

this is to inform you that you can get a seat in the counselling rounds itself.if you stay for the spot rounds then it will left to your luck for the admission.all the very best for your future.
