You are not qualified.Seeing your score and previous year cuttoff of JEE,you seems to have no chance of getting any good engineering college with this rank.You need rank under 40k for good Engineering College.This score is worthless to good engineering college.Look for another engineering entrance examination.

If you belong to the general category, then computer engineering is something you would have to forget about at this rank. The cutoff for CS in government colleges range from rank 1 to 60k-70k. So, at this stage, you should either prepare to reappear for the exam next year or you can get admission into low profile private colleges. The decision is on you. Shifiting branches also won't land you in a good college at this rank. But, don't be demotivated, if your interest in subject is good, you can pursue it in any college and still become a great engineer.
