Jitu your 72626 rank in JEE Mains exam is not so good rank to get you admission in the top NITs. Even in the lower ranked NITs or the NIT with your Home state quota, it will be difficult for you to get admission. TO check the last year cut-off of all the NIT colleges for all the categories you can go through the link given below:

But if you see your rank for getting admission in the top private engineering colleges then your rank is decent enough for you to end up in a good college with a good stream. Even with your this rank you are eligible for JEE Advanced examination so I hope you must have registered for the exam whose the last date of registration is 7th May 2018 and must be giving the final touch to your preparations.
