With 30000 rank in SRMJEE, there are still many options available to you.
The branches that you have a chance at with their respective campuses are:-
1) SRM Chennai:- All branches except CSE, IT and probably ECE.
2) SRM Ramapuram:- All branches are available to you
3) SRM Vadapalani:- All branches are available to you
4) SRM Ghaziabad:- All branches are available to you
5) SRM Sonipat:- All branches are available to you.

If you are interested, I would suggest you go with CSE or IT at Ramapuram campus as it is considered at par with CSE at Chennai campus.

Yes, you can get admission in CS in SRM main campus. But it completely depends on the seat availability during the counselling process. Last year cutoff went upto 30000. So, there are positive chances for this year too.
