I am sorry to told you that you can not get admission in this institute as per your rank in upsee.

As from the previous year the cut off for biotechnology is near around 1000 to 1200. So accordingly to rank you are eligible.

Since your rank is good so you can apply for skme other top institutes.

upon research, i found that the cutoff for this college goes till 7429, so your chance seems average and you can try to stay till round 2 or some people leave after counselling 1 also, so your chance can increase.
