Hello Vipul,
You can get VIT Vellore Campus for Graduation in Biotechnology. Previous year, Cutoff rank for Biotechnology was Rank 50,000. You have good chance that you can get admission in VIT Vellore Campus. If not Vit Vellore, Then Chennai Campus for Sure.
