The chances seems to be very less for your admission in any of the NIT'S. Mention your category rank if it is there. You can wait for the official cut off release. Search for other alternatives as well.

Sorry to inform you but with a rank between 10000 to 15000 I find it impossible for you to secure a seat in any of the NIT's in India as for securing a seat in any of the NIT's across India you should have rank under 2500 of which you are no near. So sorry but it is definitely not possible for you to get into any NIT for B.arch even with any sort of quota.
