Your rank is really awesome but it's a bit tough that you will get AIIMS Delhi. As we all know AIIMS Delhi is at the top, so ever top-ranked (below 100) will fill it as 1st choice, and in total there are 107 seats, and for general student 50 seats are present, so all these things and previous year cutoff, says that it tough.
