Well congrats for the rank, but you didn't mention for which exam that rank belongs i.e., like mains, eamcet, kcet,etc.
I learnt that with the rank 15000 of any entrance exam you might get a good college but should try your luck to get a better branch.As the category you informed is SC you have very good chances for getting a good college with good branch.
