With a rank of 16666,and EWC under OC,your chances of getting the IT at Anurag University in third councelling is average but not impossible .Based on previous years,In earlier rounds the EWC cutoffs for IT was around 15,000-16,000 and closing rank slightly increases in later phases for popular branches like IT.However,If seats remain vacant or demands drop sharply there might be a chance .still its safer to keep backup options open for similar colleges or less competitive branches.
