Hello Gitesh,
Sorry to inform you but if you belong to general category then chances for admission into NITs is very less. If you have SC/ST Category, Then you have decent chance. However, still you have few chance for NIT Manipur, NIT Agartala, NIT Meghalaya for M.Sc. in physics.
