The Admissions to B.Tech. programme in Punjab Engineering College is based on JEE Main rank. The seats for the B.Tech. programmes for academic session 2019-20 will be filled through Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB)/ JoSAA) except for Sportspersons, Sons/Daughters/Spouses of Military/ Paramilitary Personnel, Children/ Grandchildren of Freedom Fighters and Kashmiri Migrants. For these categories admissions will be conducted by the institute itself.

I hope you have checked the seat allotment, With this rank the chances are less to get Punjab Engineering Chandigarh.
