• With 2100 rank there are fewer chances that you may get any government colleges, but still you may try in :
• Tirhut College of Agriculture in Muzaffarpur
• Dr. CV Raman university Patna
• Gopal Narayan University, Sasaram
• Dr. Rajendra Prasad central university, Samistipur

There are quite fewer people who pursue agriculture so there may be chances, but at the same time, there are very fewer colleges especially the government that offer such courses.
