Hello Krishna!

The cutoff fir Electronics and Communication engineering branch at VIT VELLORE is expected to to be under 15,000 rank in VITEEE 2019.
While the cutoff for ECE at VIT CHENNAI is expected to be under 30,000 rank in VITEEE 2019.

So you've fair enough chances fir getting your desired college and desired branch as your rank is very near to the cutoff.
