Colleges that take admissions purely based on JEE Mains Paper 2 score are very few. And they require a score more than 280 or a rank below 1000. Here, Admissions into architecture in IIT are not done through the score of JEE Mains Paper 2. The candidate who clear AAT are the ones eligible for admissions in IITs.
