Hello there. 

For January 2018 session, in the first round, till the rank of 12508, around 16 candidates got Psychiatry whereas people in the range of 45000 got Obstetrics and Gynaecology. 

For the general category, the last candidate to get chance in the first round was with the rank of around 38000.
