Yes rajeev you may get a government college .You should try in UP colleges

I believe you are talking about JEE MAINS exam. With 52314 rank, you can get few NIT's with Metallurgy, Bio Tech, IT, ICE, EIE etc. branches. You have no real chance of getting IIT'S. You should focus on NIT's to secure a govt college seat.
