If you are from general category it is safe if you secure a rank between 120-150 in the final merit list.if you are from reserved category then it goes upto 300. You may or may not  get chandigarh campus in first counselling but you can try in the subsequent rounds for the same. FOR UILS CHANDIGARHIN 2018GENERAL CATEGORY CUT OFF: 360There are 120 seats each for BALLB and BCOM LLB in the Chandigarh campus, 60 each in regional centres. So for the Chandigarh campus if your rank in the BA LLB merit list after combination of both scores is uner 150-180 you'll have a fair chance in the first counselling itself.And if  your rank in the combined merit list is around this you'll have good chances for admission in UILS in the first counselling. The cut off for subsequent counselling will be lower. For regional centres rank under 500 would have fair chances.There will not be any separate call letter issued. Pu will notify upto which ranks people are called for the counsellings and you have to go for the counselling as per that.ALL THE BEST
