TSEAMCET is the entrance exam conducted by taking state board to get admission in engineering colleges

Getting a seat in any college depends on your rank and category. As you didn't mention your category I'm considering you as open category. With your rank you won't get a seat in cmr college because the previous year cut off for October is around 30k.You will secure a seat in CMR  college if you don't belongs to oc, bc-b. 

Go through other colleges in counseling
